This class is for kids aged 9-13 who are looking to expend some of their energy, develop their coordination and flexibility, and learn proper form and technique. It brings together strength-building exercises and relaxation techniques, so that they have the tools they need to develop a healthy mind-body connection when doing any physical activity. It begins with fun, high-energy movements that give them the opportunity to build strength, endurance, coordination, and stamina. The class will then end on a more relaxed note, focusing on proper breathing techniques, flexibility, and mindfulness, for an effective and efficient cool-down.
