YOUNG GUNs STRENGTH CLUB

We are thrilled to introduce the fourth run of our newest fitness program, tailored specifically for teens.

In a world filled with schedules, screens, and more TikTok's than you can shake a Shake Weight at, we understand the importance of empowering our youth with not only physical strength but also movement and the confidence and resilience to conquer any challenge they face.

This program is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where your teens can build strength, boost self-esteem, and foster lasting friendships. It will also be a great strength-training addition to any sport that they are involved in.

Young Guns Strength Club will run for 4 weeks, starting Friday, April 5th @ 6:15PM (Danforth - Clubhouse) with Niamh.

It's open to all teens aged 13-17. Only 12 spots are available. Sign up below or through the app (select "Fit Kids" under the "Book Now" tab).

Location: 1494 Danforth Ave (two shops west of the Main Gym)
Begins: The new term starts on Friday, April 5th 2024, at 6:15 p.m for 4 weeks
